Terms of Use

These terms apply to the web version of Spider Drop at spiderdrop.app/play, this website and the Spider Drop apps when they're released (together, "Spider Drop"). Spider Drop is provided by Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC under the name Arrow Stack Games ("we," "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Spider Drop.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Spider Drop for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Leaderboard

Leaderboard names are public. Don't use a name that's offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, impersonates someone else or includes personal information like a phone number or address. Don't post scores you didn't earn by playing normally, and don't use bots, cheats or tools that modify the game or our servers. We may remove any name or score, or reset the leaderboard, at any time.

Ads

Spider Drop is free. The apps will be supported by ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward, such as one more life. Rewards have no cash value. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

Our content

The Spider Drop name, logo, artwork, code and other content belong to us or our licensors. The music is by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) and is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Sharing your own screenshots and scores for personal, non-commercial use is welcome.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering any part of Spider Drop, including features, rounds and the leaderboard, at any time. We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Spider Drop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the game will always be available, error-free or that your scores or progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Spider Drop. Our total liability for any claim relating to Spider Drop is limited to $10.

App stores

If you download Spider Drop from Apple's App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and aren't responsible for the game or support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your home country requires otherwise.
